Above all we need an entrepreneurial commercially astute person who has been in senior positions or owned their own business, and can hit the ground running :

Requirements:

-Leadership - must have led successful teams, train, work under pressure.

-Strong relationship management/sales experience – grow the business

-Operationally strong

-Financial and P&L understanding

-Enthusiasm/Resilience/great attitude

-Some technical understanding of telecommunications and/or construction would be advantageous
